EnMass Operate Platform Onboarding Guide

Welcome to EnMass Energy! Below is a step by step guide for you, as a new user to reference when using the software for the first time. 

  1. You just received a welcome email that will provide you with a temporary password. Follow the link within that email and you will be brought to the main login page. Use the temporary password to sign in initially which will then prompt you to create a new password.

Digitize your Supply Chain!

Step 1 – Enter your Projects’ Information

  1. As a new user, the first thing you will want to do is create your project sites. Your project sites are the facilities that waste will be delivered to.
    1. On the menu bar on the left, click the icon named “Projects”.
    2. Now click the green “Create Projects” button at the top of the page.
    3. Fill out the form that popped up. The required fields are “Project Name” and “Address”. While the other fields are not required, we encourage you to fill them out.
      1. For the address, start to type in the address. Then select the auto-completed address. This will fill out the “latitude” and “longitude” fields.
      2. You can drag and drop the red pin marker on the map for a more accurate location, if desired.
    4. Click the green “Create” button in the bottom right corner.
  1. Now that the project is created, it will show on the map on the “Projects” page as a yellow icon.
  1. After creating a project, it can be edited via the blue button. It can be deleted via the red trash can button.
  2. More than one project is allowed to be created.

Step 2 – Enter your Suppliers’ information

  1. Next, add your suppliers to the system. On the main menu bar on the left, click the icon labeled “Suppliers”. For now, a supplier is unique to one location. 
    1. Click on the green button “Create Supplier” located on the top right corner.
    2. Fill out the form that popped up. The required fields are “Name”, “Phone”,“Street”, “City”, ”State”, ”Zip”, “Waste Amount”, and “Project Site”.
      1. Name – Identifier for the Supplier
      2. Email – Email address for a contact at the supplier, if available. 
      3. Phone – Phone number for a contact at the supplier. Do not use parentheses or hyphens when entering the number.
      4. For the address, start to type the address and then select the correct auto-completed address. 
      5. The City, State, and Zip are NOT automatically filled out and also need to be chosen.
      6. Waste Amount is the Estimated Annual Waste Amount. If no such estimate exists type in the number 1.
      7. Waste type should be selected from the drop down list, if known. 
      8. Select which projects the supplier will deliver to. If the project does not show, please go back to the Projects tab and create the project first. At least one project must be checked.
    3. The suppliers can also be Bulk Uploaded. Click the “Bulk Upload” button. In the pop-up, click the button “Download Template”. The downloaded template will have a tab with instructions. Then click the button “Upload Selected File” and select the file from your computer.
  2. If any Suppliers need to be edited, click on the blue “View Details” button in the Supplier table and then on the green “Edit” button.

Step 3 – Enter your Transporters’ information

  1.  Next, add your transporters to the system. If you don’t track specific transporters this section can be skipped. On the main menu bar on the left, click the icon labeled “Transporters”. 
    1. Click on the green button “Create Transporter” located on the top right corner.
    2. Fill out the form that popped up. The required fields are “Name”, “Phone”, “Location”, “City”, ”State”, ”Zip”, “Waste Amount”, and “Project Sites”.
      1. Name – Identifier for the Transporter
      2. Email – Email address for a contact at the supplier, if available. 
      3. Phone – Phone number for a contact at the supplier. Do not use parentheses or hyphens when entering  the number.
      4. The Location means address. Start to type the address and then select the auto-completed address. The City, State, and Zip are NOT automatically filled out and also need to be chosen.
      5. Waste Amount is the Estimated Annual Waste Amount. If no such estimate exists type in the number 1.
      6. Waste type should be selected from the drop down list.
      7. Select which projects the transporter will deliver to. If the project does not show, please go back to the Projects tab and create the project first. At least one project must be checked.
  1. If any Transporters need to be edited, click on the blue “View Details” button in the Supplier table and thenon the green “Edit” button.

Congratulations!! You have now digitized your supply chain.
